1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or booking an appointment with Daniel Gutiérrez Tattoo, you accept the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the site or book an appointment.
2. The service
Daniel Gutiérrez Tattoo offers a personalized, artistic tattoo service. The final design is agreed with the client before the session, over WhatsApp or through this site's form, and may vary from initial references or sketches based on the artist's technique.
3. Bookings, deposit and cancellations
Every appointment is confirmed with a deposit; the amount and conditions are shared directly over WhatsApp when you book. If you need to cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp as early as possible; the specific refund or rescheduling conditions for your deposit will be confirmed through that same channel.
4. Age requirement
Under Colombian regulations for body art establishments (Resolución 2263 of 2004, Ministerio de la Protección Social), you must be of legal age to get tattooed. If you are a minor, express authorization from a parent or legal guardian is required, and they must be present during the procedure.
5. Health, aftercare and liability
You are responsible for informing us of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or medications before your session, and for following the aftercare instructions we provide. Daniel Gutiérrez Tattoo is not liable for reactions or complications arising from health information not disclosed by the client, nor for failure to follow aftercare instructions.
6. Portfolio image rights
By getting tattooed with us, you authorize Daniel Gutiérrez Tattoo to photograph the finished work and publish it on his portfolio, website, and social media for display and promotional purposes. If you'd prefer your tattoo not be published, let us know before or after your session and we will honor your request.
7. Design intellectual property
Designs created by Daniel Gutiérrez for a client are his own artistic work. Reproducing, reselling, or having the same custom design tattooed at another studio without his authorization is not permitted.
8. Use of the website
This site is provided for informational and contact purposes. We make a reasonable effort to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to Daniel Gutiérrez Tattoo's own official accounts on those platforms; how they work outside this site is subject to WhatsApp's and Instagram's own terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute related to them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bogotá.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the site, the service, or applicable regulations. The date of the last update always appears at the top of this page.
