1. Data controller
Daniel Gutiérrez Tattoo, based at Kr 13 #60-19, Chapinero, Bogotá, Colombia, is the controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
2. Data we collect
Through the design proposal form we collect: name, email address, WhatsApp number, your tattoo idea description, and, if you choose to attach one, a reference photo. We do not collect sensitive data or information from minors.
3. Purpose of processing
We use this data solely to contact you by WhatsApp or email, coordinate your tattoo proposal, and schedule your appointment. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.
4. How your data is stored
The form runs on Netlify Forms, this site's hosting provider. Submissions are stored in the Netlify dashboard, with access restricted to Daniel Gutiérrez and anyone he authorizes. This site currently does not use cookies or third-party analytics tools; if any are added in the future (for example, Google Analytics), this policy will be updated before they're activated.
5. Your rights as a data subject
Under Colombian law, you have the right to know, update, and correct your personal data; to request proof of the authorization given; to be informed about how your data has been used; to revoke this authorization and/or request deletion of your data when there is no legal or contractual duty to retain it; and to access your personal data free of charge.
6. How to exercise your rights
You can exercise any of these rights by messaging us on WhatsApp at 321 216 1894, stating your request. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by law.
7. Supervisory authority
If you believe your data has not been processed in accordance with the law, you can file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC), Colombia's data protection authority.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulations. The date of the last update always appears at the top of this page.
